Today At The Patch

Sunday, August 2- With the warm weather the blueberries have quickly ripened and look beautiful! Great picking, very abundant!

We also have garlic, onions, delicious jams and jellies and cut flowers to make your own bouquet to make someone’s day special.

We had a good spring, weather wise, during the blueberry bloom. Bumble bees were out in force contributing to a beautiful fruit crop at this time. The season usually goes for about 3 weeks. We will try to have pre picked berries in the cooler for those that would like us to pick for you, but we do not reserve berries. BLUEBERRIES- This week’s picking schedule will be Monday-Saturday 8AM-1PM and Monday, Tuesday, Thursday evening pickings from 5-7:30PM. We have boxes for you to pick in or you can pick in an ice cream pail you bring from home.

Our crew is picking blueberries daily to have fresh pre picked berries for those that would like us to pick for them. Just stop down at the patch during picking hours.

Our strawberry and cherry seasons are done. Thank you to everyone that came out to the farm and hope to see you for blueberries and apples.
